Dear Healthcare Professional Colleague:

On behalf of the Board of Directors welcome to the website of the Western Florida ACHE chapter (WFC).  Our WFC Board are a group of extremely dedicated healthcare professionals who are committed to adding value to the communities we are privileged to serve.  Mrs. Valerie Powel-Stafford, FACHE Immediate Past President, did an outstanding job of keeping the momentum of our new chapter going resulting in increased memberships and excellent networking and educational programs.  We will continue to offer stimulating and exciting educational, mentoring and networking opportunities, at different locations throughout Western Florida, for healthcare executives such as yourself.

The Florida counties that encompass this chapter are Charlotte, Citrus, Collier, DeSoto, Hardee, Hernando, Highlands, Hillsborough, Lee, Levy, Manatee, Marion, Pasco, Pinellas, Polk, Sarasota, and Sumter.   We encourage all ACHE affiliates in these counties to consider membership in the WFC and to continue your professional growth by advancement within the College.

Our geographic area is extremely large and our goal is to offer WFC sponsored programs and activities throughout Western Florida.  We strongly encourage and support the participation of healthcare executives and healthcare facilities at the local level.  Please consider sponsoring an event or actively participating in chapter activities .  We are always looking for mentors, guest speaker and panel member for our programs and activities.  Plan on meeting and networking with your colleagues and counterparts by attending a WFC sponsored event this year!

We have a strong chapter, with over 500 members, and by working together we will have another great year!  Please let us know how we can be of service to you.
